Sarah has been a seeker of the sacred knowledge since early childhood, when she first met her spirit guide, during a profound experience that awakened her to the invisible threads connecting all life. She's been receiving messages from Spirit ever since, offering guidance and insight long before she knew it would become her soul’s work.
A lifelong student of the metaphysical, esoteric, and holistic healing arts, Sarah explored her gifts quietly for years— until a powerful awakening called her to step fully into her truth. Sarah is a certified Reiki Master Teacher and ordained minister in the Order of Melchizedek. She has studied Peruvian Shamanism, mediumship, crystals, divination, tarot and oracle cards, sacred geometry, sound and vibrational healing, the chakra and aura systems, herbalism, aromatherapy, hermeticism,
the Akashic Records, and BioGenesis and much more.
Today, Sarah is the heart and visionary behind Dragonfly Art and Soul—a sanctuary for healing, creativity, and soulful connection. She leads meditations, sound baths, labyrinth walks, intuitive readings, healings, and teaches all levels of spiritual development. With a gift for seeing the soul’s highest potential, Sarah lovingly reflects back the truth people have forgotten, guiding them home to themselves.
As a teacher and mentor, she blends mystical insight with practical wisdom, helping others reclaim their power, unlock their gifts, and live a life aligned with purpose. She’s here for the deep dives, the sacred laughs, and the magic that happens when we show up as our authentic selves.

🌟 16th Annual Spiritual Artisan Show 🌟
✨ Local Artisans • Intuitive Readings • Crystal & Gem Show
✨ Candles • Organic Tea • Essential Oils • Pottery
✨ Jewelry • Paintings • Woodworking • Pet Products & More!
When we first opened Dragonfly, our vision was simple: to uplift and promote local artisans... to create a space where creativity, spirit, and community could flourish side by side. It wasn’t just about selling goods — it was about weaving together stories, talents, and passions.
From the very beginning, Dragonfly has been a place where artists and makers could share their gifts with the world — a platform for those whose work carries heart and soul. Over the years, we’ve welcomed jewelers, painters, woodworkers, healers, and visionaries of all kinds. Together, we’ve celebrated the magic of handmade treasures and the deep connections they create.
What started as a dream at a little shop has now grown into WNY’s largest crystal boutique and holistic healing center, but the mission has never changed: to support, inspire, and shine a light on the incredible talent in our community.
Saturday, November 14th from 11am to 4pm
*This event is free to attend*
💜 In lieu of admission, we kindly ask for donations to the Clarence Food Pantry.
Come celebrate community, creativity, and spirit with us — we can’t wait to see you there!
We are waking up to our divinity and unity in a world that still asks us to compete and divide. How do you hear and live from your soul in what feels like a time of chaos and doom? The intention of Soul Café is to create a welcome and safe space for spiritual seekers to gather and discuss spiritual principals. It is a time to devote to your soul’s growth with like-minded beings in a support group setting.
Each gathering (once a month) we will introduce a spiritual principal or question for us to explore. Not only will we examine topics such as life’s purpose, the soul, co-creation, the nature of suffering, authenticity, and unconditional love, we will engage in conversation on how these concepts appear in our lives and how we can align our human experience with our soul’s purpose. All are
