From the moment you walk through the door, the energy and atmosphere are so soothing. So welcoming and inviting. So calming.
I had the amazing opportunity to try out the Amethyst BioMat yesterday (12-14-20). After approximately 35 mins of being tucked in under a blanket, in absolute silence, I got up off the mat feeling absolutely rejuvenated. There are so many healing qualities to having access to a biomat that I would recommend to anyone!! I can't wait to experience it again and again!!
