Psychic Ability

Everyone  possess psychic abilities on some level. The difference lies, however, whether we choose to tune in to that ability or just let it stay dormant. If you feel the calling to awaken or improve your psychic ability, it is important to understand  this work requires commitment, practice, and responsibility with the information given to us. It is a beautiful gift to share.

Allow Yourself To be In Silence.  You must quiet the mind and relax the body. Take time to just be I the moment.  This is how you learn to receive messages.

Learn How Information Comes To You There are many ways in which information is relayed to us.  Many have a combination the these 7 “claires”

Clairaudient (clear hearing) – words, sounds, music, lyrics, or phrases

Clairvoyant (clear sight) – sights, colors, textures, images, moving scenes, or objects

Clairalient (clear scent) – scents, odors, or smells

Clairgustance (clear taste) – tastes such as bitter, sweet, or metallic

Smudging

The practice of burning sage is sacred in many communities and deserves our respect. The ancient practice of burning dried sage for cleansing has roots in Native American tradition. Shamans burned sage over a fire to cleanse people of negativity and promote healing, wisdom, and longevity. It's something that should always be done with intention, reverence, and deep gratitude to those who did it before us.

There are many different plant materials you can use for smudging. Some of the most common ones include sage, cedar, sweet grass, palo santo, and mugwort. Resins like frankincense, myrrh, and copal are also commonly used.

White sage is probably the most frequently smudged herb. Palo Santo is my personal favorite and is used in our shamanic healing sessions.

Smudging a way to energetically cleanse a space and invite positive energy. When smudging a space, you burn your chosen material, smoke fills and purifies the space and as the smoke ascends, our wishes and intentions rise and mingle into the universe, connecting heaven, earth, and humanity.

You will need your choice of smudge bundle, a fireproof vessel (such as an abalone shell), matches, a candle ( to light your bundle) a feather to wave the smoke.

When possible open doors and windows before you begin.

Set your intention for blessing your space, say a prayer of protection.

Start at the front door of the home and light your candle and smudge stick. Begin to recite your blessing or mantra, Then, begin to move around the home. Move mindfully and with care, walking clockwise around the entire perimeter our the home. Be sure to allow the smoke to drift into even the hidden spaces, like inside closets, basements and dark corners. If there are stairs, just go up or down when you encounter them. Then keep moving clockwise until you meet the stairs again. Then continue to go down or up the stairs and resume the main floor.

When you arrive back at the front door, chant your final mantra or prayer. Visualize the entire home is filled with bright white sunlight. Walk through your front door and Then speak your intention one last time to close the smudging ceremony.

Our Energy Healing Sessions

The Reiki practitioner assists the client to heal themselves spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically by a simple laying-on of hands. Connecting with the client’s own personal energy source, or Chi/Ki and the use of ancient healing symbols, the practitioner channels the Universal Life Force energy allowing it to flow where needed to bring the energy centers into alignment.  He/She plays an instrumental part in the healing process, but ultimately it is up to the client to manifest harmony and balance in their own life.

You are fully clothed, either resting on a massage table or sitting on a chair.

We all have this fabulous Luminous Energy Field that surrounds our physical body. Past experiences can clog this energy field blocking the healthy flow of our chakras. This can cause physical, emotional and mental dis-ease and upset.  In the Illumination process, a specific wound, whether past or present, is discussed and then cleared, which in turn clears the chakras and promotes a healthy balanced mind, body and spirit. A practicing Shaman is able to tap into the healing wisdom so generously provided by our Ancestors and, with their guidance, act as the conduit for healing in order to clear the wound. Once the wound is cleared the chakras are Illuminated with the Sacred Source of Divine Light and the shift to health, happiness and peace begins. Our sessions takes place in a quiet room on a massage table.

Reflexology works through the central nervous system to stimulate the body reflex maps found on the feet, hands, ears or face.   Reflexology is the application of specific pressure techniques using the practitioner’s hand, thumb and fingers. It is meant to remove the ‘fight or flight’ response and put the body into rest and relaxation.
