Meet Ally.... She has studied with us at Dragonfly and has beautiful gifts to share....
Ally Massimi is an intuitive oracle card reader and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Ally has always been passionate about holistic healing and often combines principles from western medicine and alternative healing practices when working with clients. In her current RDN role, she works with mothers and their families to help educate them about the importance of self-care and balanced nutrition. Ally uses her intuitive gifts to deliver messages through her oracle card readings. She offers insight, guidance, and clarity on various aspects of life, such as, relationships, career, health, finances, soul’s purpose, etc. Ally’s intention is to provide healing and guidance through the intuitive messages she offers as an oracle card reader. The intention of Soul Café is to create a welcome and safe space for spiritual seekers to gather and discuss spiritual principals. It is a time to devote to your soul’s growth with like-minded beings in a support group setting.
Each gathering (once a month) we will introduce a spiritual principal or question for us to explore. Not only will we examine topics such as life’s purpose, the soul, co-creation, the nature of suffering, authenticity, and unconditional love, we will engage in conversation on how these concepts appear in our lives and how we can align our human experience with our soul’s purpose. T.H.U.G. (The Healing U’ll Get) Meditation
I’d like to present the group with some perspectives on what meditation is and what it isn’t, the benefits of consistent practice, and touching some of the different types and styles of meditation. My focus on Vipassana (insight) meditation, one of the oldest forms of meditation passed down from the Buddha ~2,500 years ago. I would like to help them explore the technique for this edition and subjects like postures, spaces, time, rituals, and how to deal with distractions.
